Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500gr wild mountain greens
- cauliflowers
- myrrh
- tomato flakes
- pumpkin flowers
- spinach
- leeks
- chard
- zucchini green
- green and red peppers
- onions (2 dry & 4 fresh)
- ¼ dill, ¼ parsley, a few mint leaves and ½ bunch fennel all finely chopped
- 1-2 chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1-2 cups of olive oil
- 1 hot pepper
Execution
Wash the vegetables well and chop them finely.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, fry the onions and then add the vegetables, tomato, salt, pepper, a cup of water and bring to a simmer. After the greens are boiling and almost done, break the eggs into eyes over the greens.
Cover the pot for about 4 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
*If it is summer, add 2-3 koromila fruits to the meal.
